Celexa dosages for OCD

I've only seen one study regarding the effects of Celexa on OCD. It said that it was as effective as Luvox or Paxil. However, no dosages were listed. Is Celexa like Prozac in that its anti-obsessive powers increase, but don't increase dramatically at dosages above 20mg?
