Okay here;s the deal, I really need help. I have been having panic attacks I already take 30mg Remeron and 20mg Prozac for depression. My doctor " Who is not comfortable prescribing antianxiety meds " Would only give me ten .5 mg ativan and that helped but now I am out and the panic is back with a vengence. It is destroying my life and I am desperate... Can I take Kava Kava along with my other meds to help me calm down. I have a very demanding job and can't just do deep breathing excersizes and all of that. My job is both physically and emotionally demanding, but I do love it and have no idea why panic has struck me now... Please help. Anyone... Please....
