I was greatly helped by Zoloft for panic attacks. So much so that I had to finally admit that I wasn't feeling much of anything. I've switched over to Wellbutrin which has brought back some anxiety, and am now supplementing with Effexor to help with that. So if you don't mind the psychic numbness, which in my opinion, is a lot preferable to panic attacks, Zoloft is the way to go.
