Hulu

Does anyone else give up before the commercials are over? I remember it used to be one commercial and I thought that was very clever. I would sit through one commercial and not mind overmuch. Now it's four commercials, none particularly short, and I just don't find it worth it.

Wow, four commercials? That's a lot! I don't use hulu that much, but on pandora, i get one long commercial every so often to interrupt the music. It's annoying but whatever.

I hated that about hulu. I signed up and paid a monthly fee recently, hoping that would mean no commercials, but I haven't used it to see.

I used to pay for it, but used it so rarely it wasn't worth it. I don't think that so far I've really jumped on the streaming bandwagon. I prefer renting DVD's from Netflix.

I was astonished at my own lack of tolerance. I usually watch TV through Tivo so I don't *have* to sit through commercials. Yet I often do anyway.

It must be a corollary to the fact that while I work quite well with the TV on, I can't do anything but watch if I'm watching a movie on my computer. Maybe it's just the distance from the screen.

So the increased concentration is probably what makes me find several minutes of commercials intolerable.

Still.... I was almost finished with the commercials. It would have been better to wait through the remaining one of four.
