Jesus Christ and the spirit world

Posted by rjlockhart04-08 on January 20, 2012, at 12:01:27

This is an odd topic but I wanted to go ahead and discuss it. For sometime I have been searching for Jesus Christ for healing for my illness and troubles in everyday life. There's really intresting things that can happen through prayer. You know what really motivates me to write this is that there are forces that can influence things to happen, the spirit world. I just wished I knew how to contact diffrent enties that can be like a guide for me. I've read about going into a trance and doing astral projection [leaving the body]. I just don't know how to contact Jesus Christ properly, I write my prayers and then put them on a self made alter to him. But how do you know that he or any other entities can hear you??

I've got to learn about Christ first and put him first. I read about alot of spiritual stuff and still have no conclusion on how to contact the spirit world.

I think you might be able to make a spiritual connection directly with Jesus without looking to external entities for map directions.

I wish you luck on your voyage.

OK, I don't ordinarily post on my beliefs, but since you brought it up....

Just go to Christ directly. Its not a matter of "finding Him" so much as it is a matter of going to Him. What you do is confess your sins, ask for forgiveness, and ask Him to lead you in your life. Then you read your Bible, find a church (or online christian group, if you're like me), and change your life.

Yea, but here try to to awnser this...how to do you know that he heard you??

let me go into some detail about what I've been doing the past 7 months. I've found many websites that talk about "Gods" and they each have a specific purpose like Pazuzu who is the God of wind and storms. I havent really found the magic doctrine to read but I have read the parts of the Satanic bible but mainly they believe in the "carnal" self and satifying your human desires and if that means sinning then go right ahead is what Satanists believe. But still that didnt fill my hunger because I want to find acutal "spritual beings" or spirtual "entities" that can hear me and guide/awnser my prayers. I started to think that If assoicated anything with the devil and his forces, on Judgement Day I would be thrown into the lake of fire with all of them. So...I acutally feel a bit more "free" in losing my desire to learn about demonic "Gods" and acuatlly trying to talk with them. You know there is much wisdom that I could learn but you know I've thought that maybe Jesus Christ would be the one to turn to. I have tried various to contact the devil in reasons being that he would give me exactly what I wanted, but of course I failed to learn how to contact other diminsions. The only way I can try to contact Jesus is to write down my prayers and put them onto an alter I built for him. I don't know how to leave my body and use astral projection, I don't know any psychic ablities and you I wished I could of had a Journey to find diffrent Gods, and learn about them. But there's just something that makes me feel that Jesus is my saviour. I just wished I could have a spritual experience.

Having a "spiritual experience" isn't the point. Jesus Christ presented Himself as The Way to salvation. Once you believe that you are a sinner in need of forgiveness and that Jesus is the One to help you, you will find what you're looking for (and what I'd venture to say you need).

Matt I didn't look for Jesus he found me many years ago with a very sick 18mth old in hospital. I went to bed after spending whole day in hospital trying to get her to eat. Drank four beers and went to bed as had to be there in the am. As I slept a vision appeared of what Jesus is depicted as looking like with long hair and off white robe. He was kind of in a circle in air in room and looked at me and didn't speak outloud but transmitted message be strong. I didn't pay attention repeated same routine next day. He again returned and the next day went to hospital looked at Daughter and said if she wants to live she will and that day she got better and was home next day or two? So was it really Jesus or what as was brought up with no religion? Phillipa

Do you believe that God is incapable of hearing you directly? He wouldn't be much of a god if he couldn't. He is omnipresent and omniscient. Greater minds than ours have concluding that He can and does hear - everything. This is what faith is all about.

I like what C_E wrote. I think you ought to surround yourself with Good rather than to independently investigate Evil.
