I don't know how I'm going to keep going

There's no end in sight, and I am sooooo tired

Don't try to look far in the future or peer back into the past. You'll just freak yourself out.

That commercial with "The most interesting man in the world..."
He can't change the past and he doesn't know the future. Maybe he has supermodels hanging on to every word but he still has to take life 1 day, 1 hour, 1 minute at a time, just like all of us. Everybody is the same - whether you live in the White House or in a white cardboard box.

One day you'll look back at all this and maybe think it was necessary or important or at least worth it.

Thanks hf, I certainly hope so. It seems though, that I spend my life trying to get over hurdles with the hope of something better on the other side.
The present though... I suppose that's all there is really.

I just don't feel up to the challenges right now. My anxiety is fierce. "showing up" is a big deal. I want to stay in bed.
Same stuff fb, just a bit intense right now. I'm hiding out tonight. It is soooo good to be home. I'm in much need of quiet and familiar comfort.
Thanks for asking.

Tomorrow is Friday. Will this help?

I could put a weekend moratorium on activities with relatives....

Yes, it will help, and the moratorium is a good idea.
I'd like to hit the pause button. I think I will.

Rest up.
