I like Earl Grey with milk and Splenda. Why? Because it tastes good!
I also like green tea because of all the antioxidants and how it decreases appetite.

I like to drink a local herbal tea called rooibos, with or without lemon. Or ginger and lemon tea when it's cold.
But most of the time I just drink water.

I enjoy green teas flavored with fruit, and also florals, such as jasmine. I find a cup of tea can be a mindful experience as I savor it, whereas coffee has a different purpose - to jolt me into action. Tea can relax me and I often sip it as I read, quietly.
I have many different teas in my cupboard and like having a choice rather than simply having a tea of the moment.

Holy Basil organic tea with fresh mint or basil from my garden when in season.
It calms and centers me. Sometimes I will mix it with green or black tea for a pick me up.
Good stuff and it works.

This is the correct line :).........
Black tea is nicer than green tea but Oolong is nicer than black. It leaves this nice tingling sensation, like it has been leaving virtuous chemicals in your mouth.
Mostly I drink Dilmah, but I like to share a pot of green tea with ginger with my son in the morning as a nice little ritual.
I especially liked the Japanese breakfasts with lots of green tea, rice, terriyaki fish and seaweed.
I'm allergic to half the components of the modern western diet.

You'd be familiar with the feeling that people are plotting against you by giving you teas flavoured with flowers (except for osmanthus!) and fruits, rather than the traditional tea you asked for?
I feel this where I have my lunch.
Maybe they were giving me green tea flavoured with vanilla rather than the sencha I asked for?
Or maybe again, they have vanilla flavoured sencha these days?
Now that it food for thought.Perhaps that is the Nancy Reagan effect?
Is this tea with flavours some modern thing?
Speaking of Nancy Reagan, I read Patty Davis's book (which I felt at the time was pretty strong) and then I read her mothers (how do apostrophes work....I need help), which surprised me by showing so much more grace.
But I digress.Tetleys have the Vietnamese tea market sewn up.
Sometimes it was difficult to get a pot of green tea, or whatever the local stuff is.
It's nice to read stories about Vietnamese dissidents.....
living in the hills, drinking too much alcohol, but lots of green tea next morning.

At the moment I'm enjoying 'mint mix' from T2. Peppermint (55%), Spearmint (40%), Lemon Verbena (5%).
Gotta be careful drinking too much peppermint 'cause the menthol has a laxative effect, though, I've learned...

I swim in a sports bra t-shirt and borrowed board shorts at the moment. Doesn't happen very often. I used to have a spring suit (wetsuit with short arms and legs). Modesty, I guess. And self conscious about scarring on my upper arms.

I have a dark blue one-piece with a pattern that helps define my waist because I'm fat. I can't wait to get thin enough to wear a two piece tankini. I don't like bikinis because they are too revealing.

I have a drawer full of tankinis, bikinis, and board shorts. Just in case you've never heard of a tankini, Bob, a tankini is a two-piece that combines a tank top with a bikini bottom. My favorite combo for comfort and coverage is a tankini racer top with a pair of board shorts. Surf's up!

Sigi you too? Just had two biopsies done and nitrogen for kerotosis's. No sun since moved from beach but drawer full of Tankini's, bikinis that cover to navel, and a few one pieces. Haven't worn one now in five years. I like the black really bikini that has gold lips on the butt. Sends out a message. How you treating you CA? Phillipa

I am currently treating kerotoses with diclofenac gel, which is supposed to be minimally invasive but still gets a bit ugly.
Any suspected basal or squamous cell cancers are cut out and biopsied.

No, I haven't.
There are a few available, but I don't know their names, apart from Solaraze (diclofenac) and Efudix (which has been superceded by less bad options).
There is the one that encourages your body to use the immune system to get rid of the keratosis (supposed to make the skin look good after).
There's one other, I think, there's diclofenac, and there's Efudix.
Bugger Efudix. It makes me think of the Polish option.......some people are drinking vodka in (what I prefer to believe is Eastern) Poland and one hits himself with a frozen turnip. The next says 'That's nothing' and hits himself with a frozen beet, and the third says 'Look at this' and chops his head off with a chain saw.
I read that in the newspaper!

Every so often you see someone who has had the treatment. Their friends become concerned. Perhaps he/she is dying?
The problem is that the areas are never limited. It's pretty much the whole forehead at least.
Solaraze certainly does something.
After a few applications all this fluid collected in my eyelid, causing it to bulge and droop.

Boardshorts, I guess, when I can be bothered, which isn't often.
