I don't know what is wrong. Maybe the lack of control I have over my eating is getting me down. That plus the great unknown of what to do after getting my degree.
I don't think I'm going to live very long now. I read those with mental issues die like 25 years sooner. :-(

lack of control sucks, but it's the way it is for most things
you cannot control the future, but can only take steps in the direction you'd like to end up
