I'm seeing someone really special. It's early & sweet. We're getting to know each other & spending a lot of time together. We make each other laugh. I can't entirely understand why he likes me so much but I believe that he does. I'm grateful for this unexpected development.

Thanks for sharing that, Tabitha. My depression has been quite bad today, and it's nice to have a little reminder of what's good about life and why it's worth battling through this. :)

Yup, being able to fall back into humor mode really makes it all so much easier. I never had this level of comfort/laughter also combined with attraction. It's pretty cool!How have you been? I can see you haven't been posting much lately. I hope that means you're doing well & living life.

Things have gotten back to normal, I suppose, after a major dustup with my mother.
With perhaps a bit more anxiety.

Sorry about the anxiety & mom-stuff. Work is stressful, but manageable. I'm looking forward to the next couple of weeks that will be slow due to holidays.
I've had a lot more anxiety than I like to have lately. It's become sort of a constant background, with flare-ups in response to events, and I tend to have freak-outs an night when I'm trying to sleep. I don't know if it's a result of being off the AD's, of having too little or too much thyroid med, or even too much caffeine and too little exercise. I've considered going back to the pdoc and trying the benzo route, but a little reluctant to start that. I'll see if it levels out after the holidays.
