Oops

Posted by Deneb on June 29, 2009, at 5:19:51

My sleep has been really erratic lately and I just realized I may have skipped my meds some days. I don't have a routine anymore and I'm staying up for like 2 days then sleeping for 12 hours.

Yeah, I know. I can't sleep today because I have a pdoc appointment at 10:30 am and it is 6:30 am right now. I don't have time to sleep. Maybe I will sleep sometime during the day.

Oh man, I forgot to take my meds again today. I guess I should take them now. Is it OK to take them with beer in my stomach? LOL

Seriously no more beer for me. I've been trying a beer a night and that's enough. I need to stop. I have no more beer so I'll just stop buying them. So far I've tried 8 different kinds of beer. It's been interesting. I find I don't hate beer quite so much now. I'm actually liking some of it. It's an acquired taste. I should stop with the beer though. I think a beer a day is too much.

Aw man, I'm sleepy, but I can't sleep because of pdoc appointment.

I stayed up all night again and I can't remember whether or not I took my meds, again.

What should I do??

I have a feeling I didn't take them. Should I take them now? I sleep is sooo eratic.

I just had a scary experience with brushing my teeth. It seemed like I could barely control my arm. I was brushing all over the place, missing my teeth.

What's happening to me? Can nicotine gum cause this? I'm a non smoker and I've been chewing nicotine gum in an effect to control my appetite.

I think I'm over stimulated. I just took my nightly meds, maybe they will calm me down.

As others have said, you need to call your pdoc and tell her what is going on.

My pdoc knows what is going on, well except for the nicotine gum. I just started doing that.

I need some structure. Without structure I am very disorganized and all over the place.

Pdoc told me to do several things this week:

Apply for 3 jobs
Clean room for 1 hour each day
Walk 30 mins each day
Take meds at set times

So far I am not doing well on any of them.
