OK, I just took a propranolol, hopefully that will stop the dry heaving (anxiety). :(

I'm OK, it wasn't serotonin syndrome, I think... I think I was just anxious. :/
Anyways, I have Internet problems today, so I may not be online. I'm at the public library right now.

I think I'm still unstable. I seem to go from being really really good to really really bad very quickly. :/
Today was good, but now I'm kind of down.
Yesterday was good tho.

I'm scared. I dunno what gives, but I've been really anxious.
I wonder if propranolol has like a rebound effect? Like if I don't take it I will get more anxious?
I get nauseous.
I'm too anxious to sleep right now.
I'm suffering. :-(
