It's Monday and Bush is still in office. Nobodies allowed to feel good.

LOL - AND we've still got our same Prime Minister after our election - yet another reason to not feel good!

Oh same old sh*t for me Phillipa.

Son was away for the weekend & is coming home. I get feeling like I'm in a whirlpool going VERY slowly around & around downward to the bottom of the ocean.

Hey Kath,
I'm glad that you know your triggers for feeling bad. I'm sorry that it's your son though. Hard to have mixed feelings when he's your baby.

When is your next trip to the great outdoors?

Hi Slurpie - er, I mean llurpsie! ;-)

Yes, I usually know what's getting to me. Today, however, while doing some 'energy work' - over the telephone, no less! - I realized that I've been feeling that motivating my son to do certain things is MY job. I've been feeling unhappy at the way certain things are & have felt I couldn't say anything. All these things are from within ME - not a result of anyone or thing outside me.

I was SO depressed at the first of the day & into the phonecall. Afterwards, I haven't felt depressed at all!

I have to remember - I'm afraid I might forget to SAY what I need to SAY.

I'm feeling way better. Thx for your support.

Well, I'm afraid that our forays into the wild blue yonder end with the Sept week at Parry Sound!

There are about 2 inches of SNOW here today - on ground in trees! CRAZY.

hugs, love, Kath
