f*ck this!

Posted by jammerlich on May 13, 2008, at 19:29:00

Am I about to come unglued? I THINK SO!!!!!

Have been trying this evening to DO something....organize coupons and make a CVS run, go to grocery store b/c all I have are frozen pizzas, make quick trip to go get magazine I want, start a load of laundry, put detergent in dishwasher and press "start" (seriously, it's already loaded; this shouldn't be difficult); but I CANNOT do a single thing.

It's either back to my computer or the sofa, where I can't find a single thing to watch, even though I have 15 movies on my DVR and a couple from Netflix. And the dogs are driving me nuts because they're making noise (stepping all over the papers I've left strewn about) or resting right up against me, leaving no room for ME.

It feels like self-destructiveness is fast approaching. I've tried to turn it outward by screaming (pets freak out with that one) and punching pillows, but it's just not helping.

AAAAAAArrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

Hey, did you HEAR me?? AAAAAAAAAArrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!

So sorry,

I like throwing ice cubes viciously into the bathtub!!! They make an impressive noise (but not enough for the neighbours to hear) & the shatter marvellously.

(((((((((((((((((((((you)))))))))))))))))))))))
Please let us know how you're doing.,

luv, Kath

You been reading my mail, woman? I've had four days like that. Taught one day and settled down until I left the classroom. Wanted to run amuck through the halls.

I have so much laundry that I am going naked nowdays. The neighbors stared at first and then got bored. The workers at the Catholic church cross themselves when I venture into their vision.
The priest gave up on me long ago, so he just waves.

The animals have been yelled at more than should be allowed. I feel so guilty when I do that.

Had a long talk with Zen on Sunday and that helped. But when you're truly crazy, it's just a good moment here and a slip-sliding on next.

I hope you're better today. If I could, I'd drive up to see you right now and we'd drink tea and eat crumpets.

love, pat

maybe there are just too many options. change it into a binary. one binary at a time.

in bed or on the couch
choose

with the computer or without the computer
choose

to yell or not to yell
choose

go get the mail or not
choose

need fat-free halfnhalf, or not so much

etc etc

no need to write out a big ole list and make yourself feel like a sloth when it stares back at you. (aside- my cat is snoring)

you hang in there, okay kiddo?

>>> What do you think would make u feel better?

I don't know. I've tried drinking, eating and sleeping lots; but, of course, none of that works. I did accomplish a couple of things (over about 3 days)....starting the dishwasher and cleaning the kitty box. Isn't that enough for like a month?

I don't know, Kath. Carrying ice cubes from the kitchen to the bathroom sounds like a lot of work. Maybe if they were closer.....

I hope you're bringing the crumpets b/c I'm not much of a cook. I've got tea, though! Of course, my infuser is full of old leaves from last week, so we'd have to clean that out. But, I DO have plenty of clean cups.

oh llurps, decisions, decisions! Thankfully I don't have to think about the halfnhalf...have a whole bottle and haven't been drinking anything other than diet soda. Oh, and some Bailey's or vodka from time to time.
