Does any one here watch the Cowboys? Jessica Simpson has really overlly "inthrilled" this player during the games. I mean thats all he thinks about. That why we are losing some games. I read articles about it. No more Jessica Simpson! at cowboy games.

I saw that game (and sorry, I watch the Cowboys to root for the other team). I think his thumb had a lot more to do with errant passes than his girlfriend. And somehow I imagine that when you're running around with a football as a half-dozen 250-pound behemoths are trying to knock you to the turf the last thing on your mind is that your sweetheart is watching! The Simpson thing is just something fun for the media to talk about and an excuse to add some celebrity pizazz to the broadcast.

I grew up in Detroit which, in NFL terms, is like not having a team (since they've been consistently lousy all my life). I guess growing up in the '70s during the Woody vs. Bo era I'm more a college football fan, and hope that the new UM coach will put and end to the recent one-sidedness of the Michigan-OSU rivalry.
I live near Indianapolis right now, but while it's nice that everyone around me is happy when the Colts win I'm not too emotionally involved.
