I'm feeling the 'burnt-out feelings' again creeping up on me. Gets very hard to cope w/ no one to talk with.
Faith was w/ me this a.m. and for this I'm thankful. Seems to have waned, but trying self-talk.
Same thing as happened last eve'.
Need to talk w/ my Abilify buddy.
My pdoc has sorta' left me on my own here; no return phone messages. I took 7.5mg Abilify last eve'.
Issue of all our hormones has my interest.
Have appt w/ an endo as produce no progesterone or testosterone (wear estrogen patches in pretty high dosage). I have been prescribed bio-identical prog/test cream from a compounding pharmacy here, but the progesterone causes even more fatigue. Need it augmented. I've got this in the works anyway, speaking w/ GYN, and appt w/ ENDO, but not until Jan.
In meantime, found a good supplement w/ multi vite & mineral, gingko, ginseng, and extra B, all in one bottle, sitting on bedstand.
I'm suffering from exhaustion. Provigil now starting to work. The 'vaca' from it seemed to cause some sort of paradoxical reaction to beginning it again, like when began it the first time. Now, after a few days, I'm better w/ it.
I've relayed to my lil' fam here need support and 'muscle', but no one responding. I've a trunk full of gallons of water and other large things which need be carried up 17 flights of stairs. (My c-spine; a no-no for me.) Feel uncared for and unloved and unwanted.
Maybe all are fed up w/ what they can't see and think I just want attn.
Will there be any1 up tonight?U are 3hrs later out there on east coast. My time never changes.
Pls let me know if any1 will be around just to talk a while.
