Of course I care, KK. How dare your mother take away your outlet for anger!! Say, my step daughter has an ex-boyfriend you can leash out at - he seems to need some anger let upon him.

I'm sure I can come up with a list for you, actually. Do you have to know them first, or can I supply some random strangers for you? (Hope you don't mind some lightness in the midst of your rage. Sometimes laughter can release that pent up energy too.)

Do you want to talk about it, Karen Kay?

i had my fists up at li last night in chat :) (thanks li!!!!)

a 'survey taker' called this morning and asked to speak to my mother or father. i talked her ear off. until she figured out i don't have a credit card. things kinda hit a sour note and she thanked me for my time. i didn't ahve a chance to yell at her.

i'll be mcjob hunting this weekend (crossing fingers) so i can hopefully turn this anger towards future bosses who deserve it.

and i certainly don't mind the lightness dear. for a moment, i was finding that life jsut isn't that funny anymore. after watching steven colbert get his cast removed, i'm realizing some things are still funny.

i just (finally, i typed it right!!!) need to get out of the house. it's driving me bonkers (no offense duckie, if you read this in several years), but i need more than a little man in a diaper saying 'hey baby' to me on his pretend cell phone. (ok, that's funny too)

and i'd really talk about it, but i'd rather just forget about it, you know? i'm rather fond of forgetting things at this point anyway. wait, what was i saying?

thanks for listening, caring, and allowing me to beat up on your step-daughter's ex. give me a name and i'll give him a black eye!!!

kk :)

Well, right now, his name is Mud (to me, at least). And I never did find out his last name. I find I'm thinking about my step daughter all the time at the moment, about how she's feeling about herself. She such seems so hurt, where I wish she would get good and mad, you know? If only she could take some lessons from us! (Now watch while I wag my finger and shake my head at the same time - good, good!!! No, don't smile, you're supposed to scowl while you're doing it. That's better. Now stomp your foot on the ground. Stomp hard, like you're putting out a forest fire!! Great!! A plus!!!)

I bet that getting out of the house will do wonders for your mood, Karen Kay.

how's Duckie?

that made me laugh. i was hoping today to go to a horror festival (duckie was in a slasher film, yeah i'm a great mommie, but i paced outside while they were shooting it, if that helps), btu they're showing ti again and jason (yeah THE jason) will be there, as well as david lee roth. it's still up in the air if i'm going or not.

my sister's coming today to get the rest of her stuff out of the house today. and i wound up walking down the side of the highway yesterday. it was 107 degrees outside and due to my silly medication, what was supposed to be a nice family walk turned into me about passing out (i don't sweat anymore. it's nice to not sweat, don't get me wrong, but i get all red in the face when it's hot outside and man do i get mean!!!!)

thought i'd fill you in :)

back to mud..... i was thinking i'd wake up today in such a horrible mood because i was going to miss the horror fest, my chance to see david lee roth (oh, like i care about some old man in tights anyway, but it's the point) and a bunch of people play killed on stage (oh, please be me!!!!), then i see you call him mud and it reminded me of a song. funny how silly thigns like that can make you smile, even when reminded of stepping through rotting aminals on the side of a highway (oh, we got lost in a town that ha no stoplights???? how the f*ck can that happen anyway? see, now it's funny!)

i'll find mud. i just have to wait until fall, when it's not so hot. i might have to wait until duckie's older so he won't get taken away from 'the crazy lady who goes around fighting with people for no apparent reason' you understand of course?

107 degrees!!! ridiculous! i swear it felt like i walked for 300 miles! but, ducks liked the walk, though he was carried.

i did call my mom, as it is the only way to reach my sister. and she was very nice to me. geez, it makes it hard to be mean to her when she's being nice to me, eh?

we've been 'borrowing' toilet paper from mister kk's employer for quite a while. (for some odd reason, that pathetic truth made me laugh as well)

if you would like to toilet paper someone, please buy good toilet paper, i'll give you my address, hell, i'll help you toilet paper my house, and i'll reroll it and happily use it the next day.

or, better yet, we can switch them out. i'll trade you my work tp for the good stuff and we'll go tp mister bob together.

how'd you get the nickname 'duck, duckie, ect..'?

and duckie's a brat :) he's saying 'hey babaay' all the time. i'm afraid he'll say it to the wrong person and they won't find it so cute (and i don't have a clue where he got it either, i swear! probably his father, though i haven't seen him in over a year. oh, i'm just kiddin again.)

he's walking around everywhere and getting into everything and even has his own myspace page (can you believe that?)

he's a chick magnet and god's gift to women (and sadly he knows it). he's perfect :)

The loss of the ability to sweat is called oligohydrosis, and is potentially fatal. Your risk serious and possibly permanent damage to your brain, heart, and other organs. Getting all red in the face is a sign of impending heat stroke, caused by an increase in core body temperature. If that happens, you must cool yourself, as quickly as you can. Immersion in cool water is the most effective means.

This is an under-reported side effect of topiramate and zonisamide, especially, but other meds too.

If it's more than body temp outside, you shouldn't go out, if you have oligohydrosis. This isn't a situation to "tough it out", or be stubborn. It's life threatening.

Best,
Lar

i don't often find myself walking down the side of the highway, so it's nto that much fo a problem.

i realize the nonsweating isn't good, dr lar, but thanks for sharign anyway. is there a medication you'd like to suggest for me? let's see. i've tried lithium, which caused hallucinations, blood tests weekly. depakote, which is a no-no! better yet still.... maybe you could come and rescue me and take care of me yourself lar? awwww, then life would be grand! (my own 'someone rescue me' issues, nothing to do with you, darling. i assure you!)

thanks for caring. i honestly understand you do. and i don't find myself wonderign down the highway often. i'll try to make it less often still.

i've been kk for 20something years. it was my nickname when i was little (so i think you stole it from me. you can no longer call your son that, got it? well, i guess if you send me some money, you can... b-mail me for details on the amount, but it's really going to cost you.)

about his myspace page: it started as his. my sister in law set it up for him, so she wouldn't have to email pictures to us all the time, then i kinda sorta, maybe overtook it (oopsie daisy! i told her i would anyway!), proving yet again that he's my sidekick. and i do think there are still more pictures of him on it than me (i'm crossing my fingers this very second that i'm not lying...), so it's still technically his, right? oh, i don't have to feel bad about that. he doesn't know how to work a computer anyway....

yesterday, mister kk, duckie and i decided to go visit a friend. she doesn't have a phone (what, someone without a phone???), so we drove for over an hour with no luck, she didn't answer the door. we then drove to my sister's (the one with the naked pool parties) and after arriving just decided not to stop. we then decided to stop for ice cream. now, we have a few 'issues' with our car. first, the driver's side window doesn't roll down all the way (this stopped beign funny long ago, especially sicne drive thru-s are a no-no because food tips over out of the bag, no one can hear what you order, and you can never get a drink through the slot).

another problem we recently had is a bit more difficult to explain, but it involves sticking your hand in the engine (ok, it's getting funny now jsut explaining it), and manually putting the car into the gear you want it (ie: reverse, drive, park). apparently some rubber hose thingie keeps sliding off and is going to be a major pain in the *ss to replace (involving taking out the dash, which was once attempted with a different vehicle and finally towed out of the garage. that's a different story for a different day)

well, we were waiting at teh drive thru (since we didn't want to have to put our car in park, risking having to do the chinese fire drill, sticking hand in engine, all for an ice cream cone) and a van politely asked 'coudl you move so i can get aroudn you to park?' my husband, not wantign to have to do this chinese fire drill-hadn in engine routine again shouted (remember, our window only rolls down far enough to get an ice cream cone through) 'where am i supposed to go?' (we were rather blocked in our spot as well, sorta) and low and behold it was my former therapist.

he edged up a bit, giving her room to get through. yeah, yesterday pretty much sucked too :) we didn't end up staying for icecream either. it was too busy. i was afraid my former therapist thought mister kk was yelling at her (when he kinda has to shout through the small opening in the window). plus, i really was not in the mood to do the chinese fire drill in front of her (however, that would jsut prove my point about anxiety. i guarentee she'd feel bad about testign my anxiety level first thing when i wlaked into her office. and i'm crazy?)

are you really sure you want to talk to me? i'm not even sure i want to talk to me.

oh, mister kk and i were discussing this as well. when a song comes on that duckie doesn't liek, he'll cover his ears. mister kk thinks if he's smart enough to do that, then he's smart enough to learn not to kick the driver's seat. i disagree. what are your thoughts?

get back to me....

about gettign a bill: (sorry i don't normally copy and paste, so if you're lost, you'll have to go back to your post and look up what you said. i get confused with all those < thingies and can't figure out who said what.... i can be rather dense you know, but i feel it adds to my allure...) i get a new bill every day. if you want to bill me for something, feel free. i can almost guarentee you won't see a penny though. i feel it'd be in your best interest instead to send me money, especially if you're madly in love with me and can't live without me (as you put it... go look it up, if you don't believe me. that's what you said!!!)

about that myspace thing: i know, i got obsessed with it for a while too. not so much anymore. and like babble, i feel horrible guilty when someone writes me and i don't get back to them as soon as i read it. so then, i sit on it. and feel even more guilty. i have guilt issues (but i'm still so very perfect, you know!!!), for some reason i have yet to discover. i think i was some horrible person in a former life (i have some suspicions but won't post them, for fear of a huge public outcry, pbc, reposting on admin, you get the idea.... oh, did i mention i'm neurotic as well?

oh, you did say you don't mind if i call you that, right? ok, ok ss it is. i just had to spit it out one last time. (that nickname was perfect, you know?)

today is a holiday, no? i'm celebrating by pouring outrageous amounts of vodka in my morning coffee!! wowsa!

there are garage sales lined up outside my house for miles and miles. it stinks! people keep parking in my driveway. as soon as we leave, someone takes our parking space. people who walk by, look in our windows. finally fed up, mister kk made signs with those horse thingies (are they called saw horses or soemthing? i don't know, i don't saw things...) that read "NO PARKING... i'm serious!" and "NO PARKING... nada baby!"

this 'garage/antique/get rid of your sh*t' sale started on friday, lasts through today and they close off the streets through the towwn all weekend (have you ever heard of anythign like that? me neither!) it's becoming a royal pain in the butt!

ok, enough about my complaining. i have plenty more of course, if you're interested, but that's what's making me angry right now. i liek to run aroudn the house in my underwear until at least noon and with people peeping through the windows at 7 am, i wonder if that's not such a good idea. today, however, i am fed up, and am back to my regular schedule fo running aroudn in my undepants. peeping toms can look all they want!

you asked if i am from cali. do you want me to be? i think my state is considered 'midwest' though i'm not sure. (i can't be expected to keep up with that sort fo stuff you know. i have many more important things to remember. like taking my medication. calling in the refill. feedign my child. those thigns fill up what little brain space i have left.) though, i've always liked boston. maybe i'll pretend i'm from boston, just because i've always wanted to visit...

now, about sending money. you can always feel free to send me money. in fact, that's the best way to get my addy. however, i can't promise i'll spend it on therapy, pdocs, meds (legal anyway.. listen, i always say i'm a pill head!!!) or anything like that. so, send money at your own risk dear!

ok, so now we've established that you'e going to send me money. thank you for that!

i'll talk at you later, my duck's quacking and being grumps mcgee (that's what i call him when he's grumpy. his nickname changes, dependign on his moods, you know!)

tkae care ss. i'll watch for that money.
