remember the old 'Question of the day?'

Posted by spriggy on July 24, 2007, at 0:58:47

Since I'm back hangin' out here ( hey folks!) *Spriggy waves to the crowd*

Let's do a question:

What is your favorite pop/soda drink? (or as we used to call ALL of those carbonated drinks in Alabama.. "coke" - even if it was a Pepsi or a Dr. Pepper, we called it "coke."). ROFL

I'm a Dr. Pepper girl myself. Now that I'm preggo, I've backed off to just 1/2 glass a day (it's my morning coffee).

My son called it "mommy juice" when he was a toddler.

ROFL

Canada Dry (of course) ginger ale (nm)

...and so nice to see you here more, Sprig!

1. TAB - all time favorite, harder to find these days, but possible...totally unique taste, IMO

2. Diet Pepsi addict, but trying to cut back (and why'd they take the Lime one off the market...I liked that!)

3. Diet Dr. Pepper, nearly tied w/#2.....mmmmmm

Totally unique, yeppers. We got a six pack of it for my husband, as a wander down memory lane. He drank -- well, part of one... The other five stayed in the fridge until I finally convinced him to throw them out. Apparently, memories were better than the real thing...

My favorite is Pepsi One, the alternative diet they put out some time back. It's still out there, but now they have Pepsi Max, which is HORRIBLE! I'm hoping they give up and leave my Pepsi One alone. It's more like the Diet Pepsi they sold in Oz when we were there.

And Pepsi One is my morning coffee, since I can't drink coffee.

Second would be Stewart's Ginger Beer, which I drink when I'm feeling nauseous. Or Stewart's Diet Orange and Cream. Or Stewart's Grape -- which the meanies don't have in diet. (Why doesn't anyone make DIET grape soda???) Or Diet Tropicana Twister in Orange.

My husband, Mr X, also likes Diet Sunkist, and Sierra Mist Free. And A & W Diet Cream Soda.

So, that's about the list. I mostly drink water, but first I have my two Pepsi Ones in the morning...

Great question...

LoL! I used to drink Canfield's Diet Chocolate Fudge soda -- mixed with non-fat milk! It was like a carbonated milkshake!

Too funny. Guess I'm not the only one to mix weird things, huh?
