I don't know what OS you're running. I hope not Vista :) If you're running 2000 or XP you just right click on the hard drive you want to share and click the Sharing tab and make a new share. I'm assuming each computer you have has an ethernet card and you're either connected through an ethernet hub from your internet provider or your own, or you have a crossover (special) ethernet cable between the two of them and you have the addresses assigned correctly in your Network Control Panels, e.g. 192.168.10.1, 192.168.10.2 etc. I would have to explain this more deeply than on Babble.

Affective disorders and medications for them can cause blunting, I have it too -- don't beat yourself up.

Assuming you have Sim City 4 installed actually, you go to the Start menu, Programs, Sim City 4, or maybe Maxis, Sim City 4, I forget. Or is it the game itself? I haven't played the Sim games in a while but they're amusing.

The Sims is well... um interesting. But the stupid people can't pee if you dont tell them! But its fun making them bisexual or whatever. The Peanuts style wa-wa language that they speak is hilarious for a while. And then its off to TiVo land. :)
