I asked this after the hoidays and people said holiday blues. But I'm feeling worse daily . Anyone else and and suggestions. It's not a med thing I don' think I think it's me? Thanks Phillipa

Maybe weather-related? In that in winter we get less of the strong sun-rays.
I wonder if it's SAD-related?

My wife heard someone on the radio dub Jan. 22 the "saddest day of the year." The logic was that although there are shorter days (worse for SAD), it's not until about now that bills for Christmas gifts arrive...
