well hi y'all!!!:) just wanted to drop by this uh, eclectic, alternate universe for a brief moment to let my handful of friends (i think you know who you are.. ??) here know that i will be doing a blog soon....so please check back here in a couple months and i'll let ya know where the site is, if you're interested in staying in touch or just reading...or i guess i could shoot a quick babblemail to each of you instead..i'd like everyone who wants to to visit my blog, but i'm not sure i want everyone from this site to read it, for safety reasons. so i'm still thinking about working that out. anyway..and yes it will have pics...woo woo. (it's time for me to move on from babbleland, civil though it may be...hehehehe not oops hi bob.:))

aw, of course, phillipa! :-) i'm so sorry for how i wrote my post concerning just a 'handful of people'. something about this site puts me on the defensive, i guess..so i'm sayin i would love to develop friendships with new ppl! there are a lot of ppl i like here that i've barely spoken to, although i am leaving the site...anyway, you are a sweetheart.:) how are you missy? man...i gotta get up early so i'll check in tomorrow...sweet dreams miss P!love,:)

You sound really upbeat in your posts- I'm so happy to hear that everything is going well for you :)I feel like such a dumbo that I know nothing of popular culture. I don't think I can figure out what Kenny's speech and solo mean in relation to your post, but it made me laugh out loud :)
It reminded me of this one time, at a regional UU gathering [like, this one time, at band camp...] when a very strange guy took over our group discussion of whatever a bunch of bible-belt unitarian youth discusss... Anyways, he started singing some song he had written, and it was SO painful. It contained every single rock cliche in the world.
My catholic friend H (who came along cause she was friends with a lot of the UU's) caught my eye, and then we had to supress our laughter. And this poor kid's song had about 10 gazillion verses.
That was an awesome retreat, now that I think about it! Silent meditation at sunrise, my first ever tofu based diet... gotta love 'em.
Anyways... I'm rambling... just wanted to say hi. Sorry I never got to know you better. Hope your life takes you somewhere wonderful :)
