hello!!!! haven't been here in a long time, so i thought i would play a quick game of catch up...
i now have the most gorgeous baby boy in the world. and he's perfect. born on may 7 and started sleeping through the night at about 2 months (lucky me!!!!)
he's rolling over and chattering all the time. he's the best thing that's ever happened to me and i can't believe how much i enjoy being a mother.
moved close to my home town (still have 1 semester of school to get my degree, but i'll worry about that in a few years)
live in a beautiful old farm house with my recently divorced sister and her two lovely little girls. i play soccer mom now, which i love. took the girls and boy to the pumpkin patch last week and had a blast (so different from going to bars and college part5ies, but i honestly love it so much!)
hmmmm, what else has happened???? can't think of anything else right now and the boy's fussing for me to roll him back over, so i'lll try to keep up with the boards now that i have the interent....

Well, hey there, Miss Karen! It's always nice to see you and even nicer when you have such wonderful news to share. I mean, not that you need news to share or anything. Your general beauty, aura, and overall fantastic personality are more than enough to keep me rushing to open your latest updates. ;)
Congratulations on your beautiful little boy! I'm very happy for you and he is so very lucky to have such a wonderful mom.
I hope you do have a chance to catch up with the boards a little more. It would be very nice to see you around more often.

It is so nice of you to 'drop in' and share your happiness.
It is a good lesson. I sometimes wonder if my life might take 'such an upward turn', and I might neglect my friends here. You've just shown me 'how sort of selfish' it would be of me to do so, IMO.
