I never had labor pains with any of my kids . The last didn't want to come so was out walking at night trying to make her come. And I went into immediate hard labor. Ride to hospital five minutes . I bleed on the doc's shoes three pushes she was out. Love Phillipa

Hummm maybe have sex and your water will break. Then Shane will have to deliver the baby. Boil water, get two clean shoe laces to tie off the cord. On second through abstinence is a virtue. Love Phillipa

Schedule something really fun and exciting, preferably with nonrefundable tickets.
That would be just the way the fates would cause labor to come on.
That being said, my baby wouldn't budge and they had to induce labor, and even *that* didn't work too well. He knew when he had it good. Warm and dark and protected. Every need attended to.
So you have a smart baby there. :)

While he's not classically stubborn, he does let us know that he won't be rushed through any developmental stage. He does things when *he's* ready and he does them well when he sets his mind to it.
