I need a psychic surgeon, Declan (i'm not a man though, so I probably wouldn't get as much out of this workshop as a double-y chromosome person).
Are psychic surgeons board-certified? Is anaesthesia required? What's the recovery time? Can I get a tummy tuck at the same time?

I was impressed by the Karmic Board, oh yeah and the Angelic Healing Teams too, I guess. But I have it on the authority of a friend that psychic surgeons are completely painless and require no anaesthetist, even though lots of blood and stuff comes out. Now that you mention it I had been drinking, and now I can't sleep.

What I meant was, rather than DNA or 'breaking ancient vows' or wanting to be nurtured, I thought for guys sex was all about the orgasm.
