I don't know if Dr. Bob caught sight of the shoe I'm talkin' about, but there was one shoe that was so tilted forward, so incredibly high high-heeled, that the heel was molded into the arch of the shoe. It was a heel-less high heel shoe. Can you picture that, the gap between the heel and the sole of the shoe disappearing entirely, on ultra tippy toes? It was a red shoe, with a molded translucent heel-sole.
