Ever feel like you're locked in a battle of wits..

With an unarmed opponent?

I won't explain the details, I just wanted to vent for a moment. There's a situation in my life right now that leaves me feeling bemused. And as though I am engaged in a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent. On the one hand, I'm annoyed by it, but it also makes me sad.

If nothing else, truly, I am hardly worth that sort of attention. I feel sad that anyone would devote attention to trying to best me, when there are so many better ways to spend time.

Oh, well. At least I have Babble, and can come here and complain about it...

King Arthur: [after Arthur's cut off both of the Black Knight's arms] Look, you stupid B*stard. You've got no arms left.
Black Knight: Yes I have.
King Arthur: *Look*!
Black Knight: It's just a flesh wound.
