Posted by rjlockhart on January 9, 2006, at 23:45:59

I never felt this awful, i have to let this out, i feel so bad, i dont repond to posts, i feel something is wrong with me. Why am i like this?

I have been asking myself this over for months

You know..... standing alone and crying with no one hurts so bad.... .. i cant take this.. i am crying and hurts so bad i want something to stop this.

why why.........why? why do i ask myself. I only know that ill....get somewhere.

I have been through so much, going insane, having panic attacks, emotional breaks, i cant take it.

Standing in crowd with people, i used to have to go to the bathroom in school and breakdown in the stalls.

I want this to just go away, im growing up, im having a rough time, i've had rough times many.

Just say a prayer please.

Hi Matt,
I'm sorry it's so bad right now. I know how painful uncontrollable crying can be.

It sounds to me like you're getting more depressed. Can you call your pdoc and tell him what's going on?

matt~you are strong and smart. you will make it through this. i know it hurts but try to relax and just take slow deep breaths to help calm down. take things one at a time and it won't seem so bad. i'm gonna mention you in my prayers tonight. you hang in there...

I'm sorry, Matt. Things seem to be so hard for you right now. Is there something that has set this off? Is it out of the blue? Especially if it is out of the blue, call your pdoc. It might be meds-related.

I think I remember you mentioning a therapist in the past? Do you still see him/her? How often? It sounds like you need (at least) weekly therapy sessions right now. Do you have that or can you get it?

I know that it sometimes feels like you are going crazy, but you are going through some hard times. You can make it through and you can feel better.

Take care,
EE

I will tell you what my pastor and my good friend tells me all the time. "Don't be so hard on yourself." Matt you are too hard on yourself. Take it easy. You are a smart, handsome young man. You are ok. Quit telling yourself that "you are not like others." Guess what? Your uniqueness is great! You will do great things in life.

Matt, I don't think you ever have tried a mood stablizer. Maybe that would be an option. Hop over to the meds board and ask. Fondly, Phillipa Mom

Ok, there are alot of things that set this off, being trapped at home, thoughts, fear, what is going to happen? this gets to the point of just breakdown.

Im sorry this post is brief, i've got to go.

But please thank you.

Matt
