...uhhhh, 'cause he's a misfit, in a way, I mean, no one even ever believed he existed...like....FOREVER!

(dumb grown ups!)

He was *made up* by Big Bird!! Ha! I felt so outraged for him! Wanted to save him, or prove he WAS real and WAS alive....I don't know what my deal is/was...

I had tons of attention and validation when I was little....can't figure why characters like this always appeal to me...?

BTW, I ADORE Eeyore....and am apparently the only one who can SPELL HIS NAME RIGHT!!! :-)

EEYORE!

{oh, well, guess it doesn't really matter. they'll all hate me now for correcting their spelling. oh, well, it's always the same. things don't go right for poor Eeyore[me]...oh bother, I think it's gonna rain, and I've lost my umbrella. where's Pooh? maybe he'll help me, but he's probably too busy, oh dear.....}

PS - I don't even know anyone named Pete, never mind loving him.....??????

Well who knows, maybe that's just one of the things that makes you the special you you are. The willingness to believe in the things no-one else will.

I think there is a sweetness and gentleness in both Snuffy and Eeyore that makes you just want to hug them to pieces.

Grover! Yeah yeah! He's my fav monster! Anyone remember him in "don't eat the pictures"? He sang that cute little song to "Max" the suit of armor.

Shiny chum
Don't be shy
don't be mum
just say "hi"
And we can play together
I want to be your friend
