You know sometimes during life there are times that are hard we have to face.
I'm in a period right now that is not good. But you know, looking it ahead with knowing its going to be alright. Wipe away tears from the past, and just go. I pray to god, and belive. A nervous breakdown doesnt mean its over, you just have to get back up. I am having decisions in my life right now that are hard, sometimes we never know what will happen. Will it turn to bunch of dust...
Cirumstanses right now are hard, but the only person i know is god.I know that i will still be going, but you know dont let memeories hold you back, i know just to look to ideas.
Im really going through a mental crisis, but i always tell myself its ok.
Thank you all for being here.
I wont be posting much more, there are so many problems i have to face right now, i dont know.

I admire your positive spirit even though you're depressed. I hope things are OK! Keep posting if you want to, and keep reading if it helps. I know sometimes even if I'm too bummed out to post, I still like to read and see what my babble friends are up to.Take care of yourself. You're valued here!

I mostly lurk here- only sometimes post. I hope these things work out well for you. I have heard it said - and experienced it, too - that we learn the most during tough times.ANd about making decisions, a former boss once gave me some good advice: he told me to make a decision and never look back. Make the best choice you can with the information available and if things go sour in the future, reassure yourself you did the best you could with what you had at the time.

Matt, sorry you're doin' it so tuff right now. You might just find it helps to keep posting, to just get the stuff out there, to release some of the pressure. And maybe just maybe we can help you just a little when you really need it.
