I want to fire my SSDI rep

I'm getting fed up with this person. I enlisted her help after I decided to file for SSDI. Well, so much or help. I ended up doing the initial request all by myself. I got a denial. Not a big surprise, but having help would have been nice. The SSA didn't even use records from my pdoc for my claim. That's 90% of my documentation!

Now I'm trying to go forward with my reconsideration. I have untill Jan 10 to file it. My rep sent my mother an Email requesting information about things we have already talked about. I was upset that she sent it to my mother and not me. She has no business talking to my mom. This person won't return my emails and doesn't answer her phone.

I'm getting really fed up with this and I want to get rid of her and go with a local attorney. Grrrrrr

What is an SSDI and an SSA??? Sounds like you're having a hard time??

SSDI=social security disability insurance
SSA=social security administration
