Broken

Posted by saw on September 27, 2004, at 3:14:44

I'm broken when I'm open and I don't feel like I'm stronger now. I'm broken when I'm lonely and I don't feel right. No one knows what it's like to be hated and faded and to tell lonely lies. No one knows what it's like to feel these feelings like I do, I can't bite back my heart on my anger and the pain won't even show through.

Not pathetic at all, just lonely-sounding. You have lots of company lovey. :]

Sabrina, didn't anyone tell you that being broken was a prerequisite for our club? I had a book when I was a child, The Lost Playground - long out of print, Dr. Bob - where all the toys children broke and discarded ended up. I always identified with them. The wind-up doll with a lost key. The stuffed bear with no eyes. The red wagon whose wheels were attached only by bobby pins.

In our loneliness, in our pain and solitude, we find a community here in cyber-land. You can never be lonely when you can find someone who knows exactly how you feel.

Babble is my Lost Playground.
