waiting for a diagnosis

Posted by Jai Narayan on June 5, 2004, at 17:48:13

Have you ever sat in the ER and waited for your loved one's diagnosis?
The exquisite pain of waiting.
I sit and pick at my cuticles.....I am so nervous and anxious. I can't concentrate....all I want to know it my sister okay? or not! This waiting could drive me crazy.
I love my sister so much, I hope and pray she will be okay.

I have sat and waited for my husband to come out of a cat scan and then for the results. It's just horrible and cruel. No one should have to go through that. I'm so glad you have access to Babble while you wait. Can you take a very short walk or something? Get a cup of coffee or juice even if you don't want it? How about meditating.

Anything to help you through.

((((Jai and her sis))))

My sister has some calcium deposits in her brain??? She has and inner ear virus infection and she is anemic.
The calcium deposits...don't know what she can do about them.
Ear infection she can use Umcka.
The Anemia she can get Enzymatic Therapy Liquid Liver in caps.
So I eased back from the edge of my chair and heaved a great sigh of relief.
This is her second black out so she needs to work on the anemia.
thanks everybody....being in touch with you all and your energy and prayers helped me and my sister so much.

Very happy for you and your sister (nm)
