Grateful for better days

Posted by rainyday on April 2, 2004, at 7:09:36

I am having my second day in a row!! If I don't faint I might even go out tonight. Some combination of medication being sorted out, intense therapy, and PB is helping me feel more a part of this world instead of isolated from it.

I think it's important for me to check this board every day. I never know what (or who) I'll find. If I am having a good day, maybe I can encourage someone else who isn't doing so hot. Don't mean to sound like a pollyanna. Just that I need this place for the good moments just as much as the bad.

Enjoy the better days. And do remind us that they do come sometimes.

Journal about the good things so you can go back and remember if things should happen to be less good in a couple of years.

I'm hoping your better days will continue for a while!
