Hysterectomy and no orgasims-husband needs help!

Posted by BigCountry on March 24, 2004, at 10:24:18

My wife had a Hysterectomy about 8 months ago. Before the Hysto she could have an orgasim very easily, it was awesome. Now, after the Hysto she can not have a orgasim during oral, sex or though masterbation? I'm looking for help of any kind, just a husband that misses seeing his wife happy.

From what I understand, hysterectomy leaves one with a weird or NO hormonal stuff going on for the female.......

I know a woman who found a doc who prescribed hormone therapy uniquely for HER, and a pharamcist who compounds them for her himself.

I'm not positive, but I think she is enjoying a pretty good sex life........

I was always under the impression (for Me at least) that orgasms were based in the clitoris. Is this not true? Have I been missing out on some other way to have an orgasm? But I know some women have orgasms as a result of their G'spot.

Tell me, are your wife's orgasms based in the clitoris? I assume she didn't have that removed?

Yes, she had them two ways in side and outside(clit based O) after the surgery she can't have them either way. Even throught oral or masterbation which before was 100% automatic. Have you ever heard of that before

That said, one gal-pal who had emergency surgery when she was 16, was married to a very older man who no longer was able to do anything without nodding off, said she had to resort to self stimulation exclusively or suffer nothing at all. Orgasms had always been far away but to her surprise, as she focused on the process, they became much easier. She reported that after about eight years to her delight, not only were multi-orgasms common but she could get to a point of continuous orgasms lasting up to a 1/2 hour. She could get to this point with self stimulation, relax and lay quietly continuing to enjoy wild pleasures. Hmmm... When her husband passed away, she became well monied and went looking for someone to share the extasy. I had heard toooo much by then so I de-volunteered immediately. I do appreciate the snapshot of what can happen, since I was well aware of the difficulties for other women who had been through a histo as you call it. If your wife has been soooo orgasmic up to the surgery, private Self stimulation was probably not ever considered. Well, things change. Buy her some tools and let her experiment privately. When she emerges wanting you, I'm sure you'll be ready, toooo.

Enjoy!

Rod

PS: Men are capable of multi-orgasms, so let your wife experiment on you, toooo. No violence, please!

Yes, I have heard of that, that is why I mentioned the hormone issue. I think you guys should explore that with a doc, imho......
