thankyou for posting to me while i stayed away to collect my marbles..
i have been sleeping for many days trying my best not to let this set back take over all my progress..
stupid me wanted some quaility to my life so i decreased gabapentin 30% hopfully to stop my unexplained movements...
i missed some very important meetings this week and the guilt is paralyzing..
my husband is in the middle east and the "pressure" of being alone has driven me away from myself..
today i will get her back (posting is a good step)
my kids need food so i will have to leave the house too...
i called my mom to see if i could come over last friday(i was scared to be left alone with my rapid heart,rabid head)
she said she was busy..she didnt want me there:(
maybe i will email her a "howler"..

Yes...small...small....small steps, jyl. Nurture, be kind, as good as you can to yourself. I am deeply sorry you are having trouble with meds...which ones are you on now? (Besides neurontin?) Please let me know...and maybe we can share some ideas. Just *take good care* of yourself in these rough times.
