I feel very sowwy for you because I actually have the same problem.

Are you going to bed too late spending too much time on psychobabble or is it the dreaded depression/anxiety thing that I have....or perhaps a combination of the two? Or something you just can't figure out?

From a very tired bluedog now going to bed two hours later than I promised myself I would because of the above lethal combination. I loathe work mornings :).

thinking of you bookgurl!!!!

Bluedog,

hey, thx for your message.

did you talk to the girl in yoga class yet? tee hee.

actually, i was up late kinda having a panic attack. i don't always realize it at the moment. i'm able not to let the net or pb keep me awake -- tho' part of me wonders if looking at the 'puter when i'm in that insomniac state keeps me awake by telling my body that it's daylight. or something like that. :D

i was truly a danger on the road last night, due to my after-work exhaustion. i only live like 5 miles from work, but i couldn't decide whether to stop at perkins for some coffee or not. my reflexes were quite slow. my brain works so much better today, i'm surprised. whoops!

(don't try this at home.)
