I hope you're all right. I know there are some pretty bad therapists out there.

Hi Misty,

Oh, I'm OK. My medicines are working fairly well right now. My first run at 'T'herapy I wasn't taking medicines to treat my disorder which was the wrong approach. I had a bad psychiatrist who thought that I just needed 'T'herapy (and that he was capable of doing it, LOL). Anyways my current psychiatrist is good and realizes that a proper balance is needed, and that his skills are limited primarily to medication. As he is a good physician and has my mood under control from a medicinal standpoint. I trust my experience with the next 'T'herapist he recommended me to (a psychologist, the way to go IMO) will be better.

Thanks for caring,
John

You said you are okay, but that seems like an interesting thing to post, without explanation.

Are you sure that everything is alright?

Hi Lini,

I'm just rambling. :-)

Thanks for your concern.

John, great that you found a good doctor and meds for you. He does sound like he knows what he's doing. -mist

But how?
Be specific.
You could save someone else's life by telling of yours.
Be specific.
