Ah... you folks are so sweet. I was actually missed? Computer's been out of operation for almost 2 weeks getting a much needed overhaul, defragging, copies made, & temporarily used as a server for work.

Boy, it's overwhelming looking at all the posts made in the time passed. I've got a lot of reading to do. Have gone through most of it but still have some to do.

What I mostly missed was all my music files on the HD. I can't live without music - it's the best therapy I have for immediate mood boosting.

Thanks for caring everyone!

Hello Iso,

Its great that you're back.

I'm interested to know how much you missed your computer ? I get a little edgy sometimes when I can't read my email, lol.

Take care
Janejj

Yes, Jane, I did miss it a lot but mostly for my music. I have a couple dozen CDs maybe, but 1,400 songs as mp3s though. I'd wake & put on music first thing. I couldn't do the same without my pc - my favourite music is on it. Honestly, music is such an integral part of my life, I feel lost without it - like I went colour-blind.

I missed the internet for checking up references too. I use it a number of times a day to do so. Otherwise, it wasn't bad.

You might want to use Benadryl for the nausea, and switch to something with a longer half-life like Prozac or CBC Radio 2.

"... or CBC Radio 2."
Would you believe that I can't get CBC 2 even though I'm only about 50 km from the station? I just finished listening to a 2 hour performance (on TV) of Cecilia Bartoli & feel contented now.

Why Benadyl for nausea? I'm not nauseous. Did I miss something?
