hey ~
am heading off on my little two-three day trip in a few hours. have packed my meds :) had an intake appt. yesterday, fren went with me, it was a small, good step.
think i will try to avoid internet while there, will say hi when i get back.

I'm doing alright now. Still in the country - I head back for Seattle tomorrow. It has been good to be with people and bunnies for awhile. My nephew is beautiful.
Naltrexone is affecting me oddly, but not badly.
