You're feeling a bit dreadful?

Yeah. In respect of your previous post I was struck by how late you seem to stay up. I'm normally awake by 3am and useless for the rest of the day (pretty much).

In my house there are many mansions. / I contain multitudes. / Be careful what you wish for.

Look after yourself. Let your SI be a stiff drink.

yes.a bit.

since the many meeds its better normally by 1 maybe 2 at latest. but still very toughangry thoughts. (i'm guessing that's where the dream comes from.

and the problem is the stiff drink. one ok, but he basically said that with my meeds if i have possibly even 2 but certainly 3 or 4 i would be in trouble because two of my meeds (i think) have a synergistic effect and decreases respiratory rate). lovely.

.and btw. missed you sig.
been a while for me here.

You would be aware that drink affects sleep adversely?

Nevertheless, I do not feel that a drug trialled for many thousands of years is likely to be more hazardous than something dreamed up in the lab 10 years ago.

Be guided by historical usage. A stiff drink at the cocktail hour :)

B2Chica you mentioned a hotline have you considered AA? I think someone is available to talk and even be a sponsor if you feel you are in trouble with the drink. I really don't know though. Phillipa
