Thanks all!! I actually posted a reply a few days ago - don't know what happened to it. :)
I had a nice day - there was a party and my son sent flowers. One thing though - it occured to me that one of the most important people in my life (my therapist) wasn't there to share it. He sent an email - said he was there "psychically" (is that even a word?) and was sending me good wishes, etc.which was sweet...but...
I told him I hated the boundaries at times like this. He says, "I know." We are working on me allowing my need for him and stuff like this really tests me in that area. How do you allow yourself to need someone who is not really yours to need? Ug --
I miss you guys. I wish we all lived close enough for me to share the cake.
