Tonight at 5:00 pm is my last session. I have been spending my time thinking of all I want to say, I just hope it goes well. I am determined not to cry!!!

Good luck and best wishes for tonight. I hope it goes how you hope and you leave feeling some peace besides the inevitable grief and tears.
I imagine and wish for you that this will be a 50 minutes you will hold dearly for a long time to come.

Ladybug- dinah said it best. We are all feeling for you and with you. Thank you for sharing such a tender moment and time with us. It is a gift, we are privleged and will probably all take something with us from your journey. Much as we like not to think so, many of us will have moments like yours in our future. Again, thank you for sharing, please report back, and I hope it is all you want it to be and more.
Also, I know you said you were thinking you'd leave the board. If that is bc it would be too hard I understand. But know that you will be missed and are wanted here regardless of whether or not you're in therapy.

I hope it's going or went well. It's a sad thing, but also one you're doing so well with, and growing from. I guess that makes it better, over time, but maybe not right now.
As others have said, we're all feeling a little of what you must be going through and wishing the best for you and your T.
