Muff- you okay today?

I hope you're feeling better. Does Xanax give people a hangover? I know that klonopin does sometime.

I've been trying to get 10 hours of sleep. Then I feel better for some reason.

Muff,
Sometimes I don't know when to breathe a sigh of relief or wonder whether you're being impulsive on the brink of bonk. I don't mean this in a critical way, I just don't know how to respond- silly or serious. Well, no matter- I'm happy you're okay and that you escaped whatever what was chasing you.

xanax. fascinating. how does one acquire xanax? But then again, I don't have GAD anxiety disorder, I have PTSD anxiety disorder. luck of the draw, I suppose. This year I also got diagnosed with Major Depression, Depressive disorder not otherwise specified, and bipolar that wasn't really meeting diagnostic criteria (wonder if my response to lamictal will cause someone to dx me with that at this point...?)

enough of my rambling...

off to that sunset.
