Posted by muffled on May 8, 2007, at 9:20:36

to cut ourselves some slack.
We doing hard work in T.
Day to day, we get by.
Some days ok, somedays hell.(nights..)
But here we are.
Trying to help each other.
Now THATS a thing that makes me think mebbe, despite all, the world is not all bad.
We all got our ways.
BUT WE ALL OK PEOPLE.
WE ALL WORTHY OF LOVE.
And we all should be nice to ourselves today.
Mebbe ice cream, coffee, whatever.

Oh god this is hard. I don't know that I deserve any slack. But I've done all I could do for now. I've even done my therapy homework.

SO... slacking off. sure. I'm slacking off right now. Babble is helping me let off some steam.

I've got some steam too. maybe you guys won't get burned though. I will post more below.

best to all

muffy, what a wonderful thing to post. You're so right. We're all doing the best we can. I might be screwing up big time with ginny, but I AM trying hard and AM doing the best I really can right now. Good for all of us for doing that!

I have icky feeings. Muffly.

hard to ignore them. I just want them to go away. I know that there is a medicine just across the room to do that for me. seems like not the best way to go though.

but for all you other babblers. please take muffly's advice. I'm just too hard headed.

I am even tempted to meditate and wish my mind to be more clear and open. Let's see what happens. 15 minutes of accepting myself and all my thoughts and feelings. What a TREAT (sarcasm).

trying hard. sure. t says I shouldn't add any more pressure to the system. But there have been events outside of my control. An incident on the bus, a cat claw in my knee, a broken car. And I find myself wishing... a million things, all at once.

okay. on to meditation. that fails, then medication. that fails. then journalling. that fails then the phone calls start.
