Lurpsed but back

I allowed my participation in psychobabble to lapse somewhat as recent events left my carpal tunnels gasping for air.

what's going on with you guys?
`````````````````````````````````rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr46
sorry that was my cat. participating in psychobabble.
((((cat))))
Today my T gets to see me when I'm not in acute crisis. Won't that be fun?
I'm thinking it might be nice. Then we can start talking about termination. See, the thing is that I'm leaving town soon. for good. A little sooner than I had anticipated. I was kind of sticking around town a few weeks longer just to see my T at my regular time. but actually. I need to move to get my real life started.
T told me that she'd hook me up with a really good therapist for=== (cat)when I move. Kind of scary though. T told me that therapy for my kinds of things is about 5 years (holy SH*T) you mean I'm not
No, the cat belongs to Llurpsie now. they share joint custody. I get the paw that has the sharp claws. Phyto gets the paw that has the clipped claws.
Declan, who got the better deal?
I'm so glad to see that you two are getting on and have come to an amicable arrangement.
I think Phyto has the best deal, but half of the cat seems to be missing.
You haven't seen it around anywhere?
Well, the back half is usually stuck in someone's face. we've been trying to sell it for a while but everytime it gets too close to someone they decide they don't really want a cat's *ss that much.
Not that I give a cat's *ss
Oh, I am so sorry to hear about you losing your T. That must be really hard, especially now when things are so tough for you. It is so important that you have some safety and consistency and grounding now. But now you’ll have the upheaval of finding a new T and getting to know them and trying to build up some trust again. I really feel for you llurpsie.
I’m not certain from your post, but it sounds like the move is a positive thing for you? I hope it is a healthy step forward for you. Remember to take really good care of you. Making a new safe place is really important. It should probably come before even unpacking the kitchen boxes and whatnot. Then if your unpacking becomes too much, at least you have your safe place to retreat too.
It is great that your T is giving you a really good referral, and yeah, I can understand it must be really scary. Plus it must be scary to know that your kind of therapy takes so long. I like to remember what someone else here said once (although for the life of me I can’t remember who (sorry mystery person)). But doing the long intense therapy can feel like you’ve spent enough to build a mansion. But the great thing is that really it’s like you’re building a mansion in your head. Everything ends up shiny and sparkly and wonderful and just exactly how you want it. And you get to keep it forever. I figure it is a great investment because it kinds of puts you at an advantage over everyone else (ie you see a lot more than they do and you know yourself a lot better than they know themselves) and it’s stuff you can use for the rest of your life.
And I’m great at reading cat talk. Your kitty said some very interesting things. Very cute.
Take care of you llurpsie.
