Good tie-in, though Muffly.

Sorry about your cookies. I'm a newbie to cooking myself, so I understand cooking disasters. But I have lost 42 lbs. (on purpose) since I learned. My T is helping me with my weight management goals.

Flat cookies still taste good though. But ya, you can't take one to your T. That'd be embarrassing. Cookies aren't something I ever make unless it's my yummy sugar cookies. I only make those on certain holidays because they are so much work.
Well, better luck next time Muffy!

Well Muffled, at least they are still edible, you don't want to hear about my cookie disasters. I think the first 10 times, they turned rock hard after they cooled down. Not edible. Sooooo many bad cookie experiements, but I still love to bake! (The pavolva experiment was the worst tho)

Hey Muff!

Try putting them in the oven a little longer, you might not want to eat them if the eggs are not cooked completely, could make you sick.

It's all about being able to cook healthy things and then controlling the portions. MUCH harder to do if you eat out all the time or depend on junk food. :-)

"knock on wood" I think I am immune to salmonella as well. At the place where I volunteer, we feed the tigers raw chicken.

I think I could EAT raw chicken with no ill effects.

If it makes you feel any better, the only cookies that I can make are the ones that come in pre-made rolls from the grocery store. If I have to make the dough from scratch, well, it never works out well for me - or anyone that might try to eat them.

Sigh.

I hope you are feeling well.

Cookies are definitely not child's play. They are complicated chemistry!!

And Maddie feeds tigers raw chicken? Man, I want her job RRRRRoooooaaaarr!

I have a few recipes that I can count on for holiday cookies, but I don't make them for fun. no way! too much stress! I make cupcakes instead. much more forgiving, PLUS you don't have to do batch after batch after batch after batch ... ugh!

why am I hungry? Oh, must be because we were talking about chicken poo
