yeah, you're right. There are many voices. different characters, different moods. which one do you listen to the most? which one screams the loudest today?
I don't even know all my voices yet. There are at least 2 that I haven't heard from in many years.

Yeah, it varies.
Its sorta emabarassing when Toughies around cuz the behaviour is that of a 12 yr old boy, and I'm a 43 yr. old woman.
Its bad when Nasty is around.
The kid does emtions and I find that really hard.
Then theres Adult me, the calm , dependable, competant, Mom. She's not around that much but its WONDERFUL when she is.
Then theres just Me, rather a pathetic loser with no brains at all.....
So it does vary.
I'm working on being Adult me more. Hope I get there....
