Never posted here before..I'm usually too obssessed with the drug aspects of treatment :-/ Anyone else have a time where they just started spilling thier guts to the T just cuz you're tired of everything? It sucks that it takes something extreme to get someone to do something sometimes. Like a drug addict, you have to hit rock bottom before you make any progress. I thought I was doing ok.. Just a delusion I think now. After a few days of unbearable frustration I tore up a bunch of stuff (like an old refrigerator) with a metal pipe and took a few days off work. lol Feels like I don't care anymore, but at the same time it feels like something I need? Anyone relate? A nice explosion of inner turmoil to ease the mind or something. Felt pretty good to do something different and break the monontony. Feels good to be a little out of control since I'm so controlled in all of my other behavior.

sorry things are so difficult! I'm glad you could unload on you T. I say a mental health day from work is a great think. Take care of yourself.
