I think its been months since I've been on the board. I have just basically walked through the last few months. I have been very discouraaged and understand depression at a new level. I just resigned my job and will finish Friday...hoping that will free up my mind and the stress level. I have continued with therapy twice a week and I like my new T (well it's almost a year). My T says I have lived outside of myself for such a long time that it's very overwhelming that I am trying to integrate my feelings along with the facts. I will trust him that this is the case. I dread the long weekend and I am going to try to check the board to stay in contact with all of you. I want to find out how all of you are doing. I have missed you I just didn't have much to say. Thank you all for still being here :)!

Sorry it's not more ideal circumstances for you. But I'm glad Dr. Bob keeps Babble here so that we can find it when we need it.

I related to living outside yourself and I don't know if it's the way you feel, but to me I interpreted it to be like I was, which was shut down, just turned off, never in the world really at all. A psychic had once told me something along the line that my feet weren't firmly on the ground. I know my brain wasn't fully in my head ...

Hi Speaker. I've been kind of on and off again on the boards myself. Funny you mention it almost being a year with your T because I just had my one year anniversary too. I'm going 2x a week as well, but I'm not sure that I can handle it. I'm sorry you are dreading the weekend. I know how hard weekends can be. Glad you are back and keep in touch! Love from TinyD
