I posted this on social yesterday (Going back to work ...), but it might belong here as well:
Does anybody know about books, webpages, tips, advice, etc for people with mental illness returning to the workplace?
I am going back to work and school after a couple of months recovering from a breakdown, severe depression/suicide attempt and I am having a very hard time with stress (which is triggering a little bit of anxiety) and my time management skills are down the drain :(((((

Hi Profiles,
I saw your post on social, and unfortunately, I don't have any advice or information for you... Sorry : ( I just wanted you to know that your posts are not being ignored, and I wish you the best of luck in going back to work and school. Are you continuing to see a therapist? Has he/she been any help with this? Anyway, I hope someone else can be more help than I am, and please keep posting to let us know how things are going.
