an early New Years resolution :-), I owe it to my family and myself. I'm probably the worst one here when it comes to taking therapy breaks, I think reading how much courage you all have in confronting your issues have given me the needed push. only 2 months this time, maybe I'm getting better at this.
take care all, judy

That's great, Judy! I know it's really hard for you sometimes (just the opposite of me). From what you've told us, you've got a terrific therapist on your side to help you through the stress of therapy. (Isn't that ironic?).
I wanted to add my agreement to what you said about everyone providing such a good example with their courage. Because of the courage shown here, and with some off board encouragement, my therapist and I are trying to bring my therapy to a more challenging and less purely supportive level.

Judy,
the way I feel about therapy is 'it couldn't hurt.'I'm glad you're going back, and wish you the best.

I'm glad you are going back. Therapy does take courage (and a certain amount of desperation?).
I hope it helps you learn and grow towards happiness.
